Showcasing this fantastic seafront location and period features to ensure it immediately grabbed buyers' attention was the aim of this brief. The owners wanted to be on the market within a couple of weeks of contacting me, which meant I had around a week to turn everything around in this stunning East Sussex apartment.
My clients had a budget of £2,500, and I came in nearer £1,000. A photoshoot wasn't originally factored in but, as you can see from these professionally-shot images, when combined with my home styling they really take this listing to a whole new level.
The good news is that it did immediately catch buyer's attention and sold in just over a month. My clients went for the full package: walk-and-talk home staging consultation, home staging day and professional photoshoot with interior styling by me. They were blown away by the transformation achieved under-budget and in such a short time and are now enjoying life in their new Sussex home. This was an amazing project to work on and I'm delighted with the results, which has won awards and featured in magazines.
AFTER HOME STAGING
We couldn't have done it without Jane. She was incredibly mindful of the fact that we didn't want to spend an arm and a leg to get our place looking good. It made a huge difference and we got a lot of interest immediately. I must say that my husband was not sure about the 'home staging' idea initially, but after Jane's work he's been totally converted!
