Staging your home is the best way to attract viewings and boost your chance of a healthier sale price. Just ask the owners of THIS PROPERTY which was snapped up on day one for a great price after they invested in some pre-sale advice and an interior styling session.
Your marketing photos need to showcase your property's strengths in a split second, before people swipe onto the next one. If you want advice, many of my suggestions are low-cost or even totally free to implement: kerb appeal, layout, areas to potentially update / sort out and declutter / depersonalise. And I'll throw in some of my special interior styling tips.
My mission is to save you money at this expensive time: I've stopped clients from wasting tens of thousands on updates that weren't necessary. Small switches can make a huge difference and I can also suggest ideas for new bedding, soft furnishings, plants etc. that will create the wow factor.​​

Why stage your home?
Home staging, also known as property presentation, is a growing marketing technique in the UK (it's already big in the US, Australia, Scandinavia and parts of Europe). All I need is photos / a video walk-through of your home before we connect on a video call; these can be forwarded to me by email or WhatsApp, along with a Rightmove link if you're on the market.
