Nobody wants to spend a fortune on somewhere they're leaving, and I'll show you how to make the most of the existing furniture, decor and accessories; decluttering and depersonalising usually come into it too, as you can see from my before and after photos.

Home staging, also known as property presentation, is a marketing technique that mixes also combines elements of design and psychology. Wherever you are in the UK, and however big or small your property, I can help get you moving: here's some numbers, there's more below: 50% of those who invest in staging their home sell for 4-6% more, 25% for 1-3% more and 25% for 11-15% more.*

Because it's not yet widespread in the UK, those who invest in home staging can't help but stand out from their competition down the road, who might do a quick Hoover and tidy-up and hope for the best.
